Kazan translates to “volcano” in Japanese, as Ryu wants to create something different with
Kazan-something more explosive and innovative than his beginning ventures. Although unconventional for
the ramen scene, it’s our goal to blend innovation with tradition, and wow you with every bite.
The imagination is the main ingredient of the Ryu’s dishes. Sip, slurp, and savor.
At Kazan, besides offering a mix of the traditional classics, we are dreaming of something more fusion-inspired where the West meets the East. Our signature chicken-based broth is a blend of our savory clear chicken broth and truffle seasoning, which made onsite daily and uses only the finest ingredients to simmer in a rich stock. Kazan has on-site noodle factory for the perfect noodle, all aged for perfect chewiness. We use customized equipment, fresh ingredients and a synthesis of techniques borrowing from French and Japanese cultures.
This limited edition release features an exclusive truffle chicken broth with homemade thin noodles and your choice of chashu (pork, chicken, or tofu). Topped with green onions, Tokyo onions, and string chili.

Our Japanese spicy soba, a.k.a. “lamb in lava.” This signature dish uses three types of noodles, from thin to thick, and is served with New Zealand lamb chops, cilantro, and a whole lot of Japanese spice.
Our “purely vegan old school” meatless option reminds you of classic Tokyo soba dishes with all of the flavor and none of the meat! This dish uses a kelp and mushroom based stock with hints of ginger, and is topped with tofu, white onions, and leafy greens.
Our signature Lei Ramen has nearly 14 different ingredients in its broth, featuring our homemade thin noodles, hints of Japanese spice, garlic, and your choice of chashu (pork, chicken, or tofu). Topped with sesame seeds, fried onion, green onion, red onion, and kikurage mushrooms.

KAZAN re-imagine Ramen Soba Noodle by, taking a modern approach pairing innovative ingredients with bold flavor, utilizing ultimate small batch and home-made style that cannot be seen or experiences any other places. Kazan makes almost everything you can imagine from scratch daily. It is extremely labor intensive but the flavor of dishes are truly divine.
